How to heat your vac sealed meat!

If Refrigerated - Boil-in-Bag Method (Recommended)

Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.

Place the sealed bag in the water for 8-10 minutes (depending on thickness).

Carefully remove, open, and serve.

Oven Method

Preheat oven to 250°F.
-
Remove meat from bag, wrap in foil, and heat for 10-20 minutes or until warm.

If Frozen Thaw First (Recommended)
-
Place in the refrigerator overnight OR submerge sealed bag in cold water until thawed.

Then follow the steps above for refrigerated meats.

Straight From Freezer
