How to heat your vac sealed meat!

If Refrigerated - Boil-in-Bag Method (Recommended)

  1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.

  2. Place the sealed bag in the water for 8-10 minutes (depending on thickness).

  3. Carefully remove, open, and serve.

Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.

  2. Remove meat from bag, wrap in foil, and heat for 10-20 minutes or until warm.

If Frozen Thaw First (Recommended)

  1. Place in the refrigerator overnight OR submerge sealed bag in cold water until thawed.

  2. Then follow the steps above for refrigerated meats.

Straight From Freezer

  1. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.

  2. Place the sealed bag in the water for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness).

  3. Carefully remove, open, and serve.
